With makeup, everyone seems to have their go to's that they can't live without, including myself. (Needless to say the products listed here are what I'd bring with me on a deserted island... no not a satellite phone or GPS LOL)
Skin Base Go To: Kat Von D Lock It Concealer. I am obsessed with the Kat Von D Lock It Concealer for various reasons! It is full coverage, the texture is creamy and feels hydrating and also it is so easy to blend. I am not a huge fan of foundation so I will apply this concealer all over my face and it creates a flawless finish. (I use shade Deep 36)
Eyebrow Go To: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz. This should be everyone's go to eyebrow product! The sleek build of the pencil makes it so easy to fill and line the brow. Also, you can easily change the intensity of the shade by adjusting the pressure in which you apply the product. (I use shade Deep Brown)
Highlighter Go To: Becca Cosmetics Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed. This highlight is like having a little piece of heaven on your face. It is milled impeccably making the application smooth with the product melting into your skin. My personal go to shade is Opal, and what I truly love about this shade is that it looks flawless on any skin tone!
Contour Go To: Kat Von D Shade + Light Palette. This contour palette is great for numerous reasons. The texture of the powder is phenomenal, it blends easily, the powders are a cooler tone which provides a more realistic shadow effect and the palette itself will last forever! (I've had mine for two years)
Mascara Go To: Benefit Cosmetics "They're Real!". I LOVE this mascara because it takes your eyes from 0-100 really quickly and easily. The pigment is rich but not clumpy like a lot of volumizing mascaras. It is also hypoallergenic which is amazing for those who instantly get itchy eyes whenever a cosmetic product comes into contact with the eye area.
Primer Go To: L.A. Girl Pro Smoothing Face Primer. This primer instantly smooths the skin, has light diffusing particles (perfect when you're going to take a photo with flash) and Vitamin E. Need I say more? Actually yes, it's dirt cheap!
