The Key to Seeing Workout Results..
Every single January, millions of people make the new years resolution to get their bodies into shape and literally a month into the new year they've already given up. I took it upon myself a couple of months before the new year to get my body right, not only for superficial reasons but to get healthy and fit. I've always been skin and bones and I didn't want to have a twelve year olds body for the rest of my life. LOL
The key(s) to seeing workout results is CONSISTENCY and PATIENCE.
So many people give up on their journeys to a fit body because they aren't consistent or patient. Your body must gradually change and get used to losing fat or in my case gaining mass. I'm months into consistently working out and I'm still nowhere near my body goal.
It's also about gradually getting into the grind of things. In the beginning, I would only go to the gym three times a week but this isn't enough for muscle gain. It's ideal to go 4-5 times a week to bulk and have at least two days to let your muscles rest. I go five times a week now, so if I miss one day during the week, I push myself to go on a Saturday or Sunday. It's all about sacrifice and keeping that goal at the top of your priorities.
Don't give up! And if you haven't started, start now! Don't let another year go by without taking the first steps to your dream body. Not only will you look good but you'll feel even better! So let's gain, lose or whatever you want to do and show are progress, together!!! #BodyGoals2016
