Staying #Motivated!

It's almost halfway through the year and you're probably thinking, "Oh Shit! Summer is literally in a month..." 

...Now you're probably thinking "Why didn't I keep my new years revolution of getting fit!".

It isn't too late. Don't let another year go by where you're not at your best. I began my fitness journey in May 2015, so I'm now a year into consistently working out. I will admit though, it wasn't until this year that I began to workout more intensely. I go to the gym five times a week and I've never felt better! It's always difficult in the beginning because your body isn't used to it and also you're not into the habit of working out but this is exactly what you need to remember.. MAKE WORKING OUT A HABIT! I go to the gym five days a week because it is now a part of my routine, and if I were to miss a day I would literally feel so weird and fall into a pit of self hatred (totally kidding about the last part.. well kinda LOL). I'd give it a month of working out till your body and mind get accustomed and trust me, it will become second nature. I'll be posting workout videos soon and I'll definitely be handing out tips on here so we can both be on our feet together! 

... Now get your ass up and start exercising! (Unless you want to stay and read some more posts or watch some of my videos, that's totally okay as well LOL)
