It's the middle of summer which means lots of exposure to the sun resulting in one thing, sunburn. Sunburns are not fun at all! They make everyday tasks such as putting on clothes torture and even the slightest touch will have you in pain. 2. Sunscreen. If only we could avoid the sun altogether when we're sunburnt but for the most part that is impossible when you have responsibilities to attend to. Sunscreen is essential in protecting exposed skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays. Apply sunscreen even on overcast days as UVA and UVB rays can penetrate clouds. Reapply sunscreen every two hours!
3. Aloe Vera Gel. Aloe Vera gel is god sent when you're sunburnt because not only does hydrate and treat damaged skin, it prevents you from peeling! You spent all that time tanning, why would you want it to go to waste?
